Mico has 15+ years of experience in the jewelry industry and a rich technology background.
In the past, Mico managed a jewelry store with 10 employees, and later relocated to NYC to become a diamond wholesaler. He spent the last 5 years running an IT & marketing consulting firm for jewelry industry clients.
Mico understands the unique needs of modern-day jewelers, and has set out to create Pavilion in order to change the industry.

Mykyta is a software engineer with 10 years of experience, 7 of which have a primary focus on the Salesforce platform.
Mykyta managed development teams of over 50 people and assumed the role of CEO for more than 3 years.
Mykyta and Mico met while working together on a project, and found a shared passion in creating Pavilion.
